Perfect. We customize almost everything once we start talking. Need more shoot days? Fewer deliverables? Drone coverage? A tighter timeline? We'll build a scope and quote that matches what you actually need, not what fits nicely on a website.
How long does the process Actually take?
Timeline depends on scope, schedule coordination, and how quickly revisions happen on your end. We’ll give you a clear timeline during kickoff. But our averages are:
Essentials: 6-8 weeks Storytelling: 10-12 weeks Legacy: 13+ weeks
What happens if we hate the first draft?
Every package includes multiple revision rounds. We work with you to refine the video based on your feedback until it’s right. Additional revisions beyond what’s included can be added at an hourly rate if needed. We work with you to make sure we have it right from the start to keep revisions light and the first watch enjoyable.
What do you need from us during the process?
Less than you think. You'll help us schedule shoot time, get us access to the right people and places, pick who should be on camera (we'll guide you), and give feedback on drafts. We handle the strategy, the technical stuff, and all the logistics. Most clients are surprised by how hands-off it feels (because we actually know what we're doing.)
